Below are some of the commonly asked questions in regards to a weighing appointment or booking an appointment
How long does it take ?
Each horse usually takes about 5 mins, sometimes longer if we have lots to talk about regarding their weight or if they are challenging to get them on the weighbridge.
Do I need mains power?
No! The weighbridge is fully wireless and battery operated.
What do you as the yard owner/ customer need to provide?
As the weighbridge is fully battery operated all I require is a fairly flat/level firm area to set up. Ideally hard standing but we can discuss if you do not have this. Don't worry if its not perfectly flat, I do have slats to help with this. Usually next to a wall is ideal as it helps the horses get on as it guides them on.
I don't think my horse will get on!
I have years of experience as a coach and weighbridge owner. Most of the time with gentle encouragement and patience the large majority of horses will get on the weighbridge.

Is there a milage cost ?
No! I don't add an additional millage cost to my visits. Instead I organise my diary and put on zone days to minimise milage.
