Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a charge of % of the total booking fee. As appointment times are based on horse numbers this includes major changes to horse numbers in appointments. Thank you for your understanding!

Bio-security Policy

We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of every horse we visit.
Because our weighbridge is mobile, we take extra care to prevent the spread of disease between yards.

What We Do

All equipment is cleaned and disinfected before and after every visit.
We wear clean clothing and footwear at each yard.
If any health concerns arise during a visit, we’ll stop immediately and let you know.

What We Ask From You

Please inform us before your appointment if your yard has had any recent illness or disease (e.g. Strangles, EHV, Ringworm).
Provide a clean, level (ish..) area for the weighbridge.
Ensure horses are clean and ready to be weighed.
We’re always happy to reschedule if there’s a biosecurity concern.

Our Commitment

Data Protection Policy

At Sophie Gregory Mobile Equine Weighbridge, we take your privacy seriously.

We collect and store only the information needed to provide our mobile equine weighbridge services — such as your contact details and your horse’s weight records.

Horse weights are securely retained to track progress and assist with future appointments for that horse.

All personal data is handled in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We never share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.
